The elements of Embody Ease are the foundational concepts and practices of a life of ease. Each season you build an understanding of living in alignment with the season. From the comfort of your own home you incorporate short + potent weekly webinars, videos, articles, worksheets, and journaling to learn more about yourself, how you are showing up in your life and refining that using small steps towards change, habit and behavioral science, principles of nature and circadian rhythm, all seated in the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda (the science of everyday living).

You are not alone. Engage in a world of accountability, support, and gain profound traction on your journey. Show up in our closed forum to get answers to your burning questions, share epiphanies and insights and grow with a community of like-minded seekers on the path towards greater ease in life. Attend weekly LIVE sessions led by Rachel to ask questions, get laser coaching, and design each week from a place of clarity. If you live in the Prescott Area we have monthly Community Meet-Ups for ongoing engagement.

Accountability

Own your life circumstances as you show up with other Embody Ease members who are also navigating the FULLNESS of life. Being accountable builds inner integrity. This course helps you design your days so you are doing what you say you’ll do instead of overpromising yourself something out of reach and unrealistic. You’ll receive 1 monthly coaching call directly with Rachel, have a Peer Mentor on your path, and opportunity for accountability partners. 

Implement

A year may seem like a long time, but the reality is the time will go by whether you want it to or not. Why not invest in yourself while life happens. The Embody Ease Journey includes a phases of learning, experimenting, and implementation. This isn’t a philosophy school, this is a year of doing. Implementation is key to your success. Being willing to try new things and experiment will be a focus of the year.

In addition, All LIVE calls are recorded and the weekly tips and strategies are organized in a growing library of resources. Is it time for you to Embody Ease?

Modern life is fast-paced and it’s not to be missed. Rather than simply getting through the day, enjoy your life again. It takes a year. We break it down into 11-week chunks, four times. There is power in repetition. No round is the same. You dip into the 10 habits for four rounds, rotating through each season and life’s ups and downs and ins and outs with the habits. This is a year of implementation and aligning what you know with your daily actions.

Learn, experiment, deepen and live the habits through every season.

Round 1: learn and experiment with the habits.
Round 2: continue experimenting and start to deepen the habits.
 Round 3: deepen and start to really LIVE the habits.
 Round 4: LIVE the habits and the power of their momentum

How does this work?

We meet via ZOOM video conferencing to workshop, learn, plan, reflect, and share obstacles, setbacks and successes from the week relative to the habit of the week, our mindset and life itself. If you are a Prescott local, there are meet-ups scheduled throughout the course. We gain MOMENTUM each week from connecting around our successes and obstacles. You receive one on one and group laser coaching. Each week a different habit is presented using habit science and accountability techniques to guide your progress. There are 10 habits. All calls are recorded for future listening and the creation of your own resource library you can download to your personal library.
